BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 lg. bananas
1 lg. Cool Whip

Combine crumbs and 1/4 pound melted butter. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip together thoroughly, 1/4 pound softened butter, confectioners' sugar and eggs. Carefully spread on crust. Spoon well drained pineapple evenly over creamy layer. Place sliced bananas on top of pineapple. Cover completely with topping and garnish with nuts and cherries. Cover with foil and refrigerate until completely chilled.
