OAT PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats, quick or old fashioned; uncooked
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, and oil. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Cook on lightly oiled griddle or skillet. Makes about 12.
