BLUEBERRY BARS 
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Glaze

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Put 2/3 of batter in 10 x 15 inch pans. Spread 1 can of pie filling over the batter. Drop the remaining batter by teaspoons over the top of pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk

Drizzle glaze over bars and cool.
