PAN ECLAIR 
1 box honey grahams
2 sm. boxes confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (defrosted)
1/2 to 1 can milk chocolate frosting
3 c. milk
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding (or lemon pudding)

Mix pudding with 3 cups milk. When finished blending - add confectioners' sugar - mix well - mix in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Pour on 1/2 pudding mix and cover top with more crackers, mash down to make good contact with pudding.

Pour in rest of pudding mix. Put on 3rd layer of graham crackers. Push down to make good contact with pudding. Scrape away pudding that squeezes up. Ice top crackers with chocolate frosting. Put in refrigerator at least 10 hours.
