CHEESY SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1 c. rice, uncooked
3 c. water
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In large skillet or saucepan, brown together on medium heat the ground beef, onion, and spices. Add tomato sauce, rice, and water; stir gently to combine ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and allow to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until rice is tender. Add 1 cup cheese and toss lightly and serve.
