CHEESE-GARLIC BUTTER 
1 lb. butter
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Soften butter and whip in mixer. Add all other ingredients and continue to mix until thoroughly blended.

At this point it can be kept refrigerated for quite a while.

Spread on 1 side of fairly thick sliced bread. Place under broiler until desired brown.
