MAGIC ICING CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
10 graham crackers
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs

Caramlize 1 can condensed milk by boiling the can in hot water for 3 hours (unopened, keep covered with water).

Beat sugar, eggs and salt together. Add nuts and crushed graham crackers. Bake in 9 inch pan for 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and spread the can of caramelized condensed milk on top. Chill and serve with whip cream.
