CHICKEN B B Q SAUCE 
2 c. cooking oil
4 c. cider vinegar
3-4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Parboil chicken parts for approximately 20 minutes, then soak in barbecue sauce 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Barbecue on grill 15-20 minutes, turning often and basting. For raw chicken, grill 40-50 minutes over low coals, turning and basting often!
