NUT AND APRICOT ROLLS 
4 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (let soften at room temperature)
1 lb. butter (let soften at room temperature)

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out dough on sugared board (not all at once, just take a little bit, a handful, and roll, not too thick). Place about 1/2 teaspoon of

Baker's apricot or nut filling on a little square of rolled out dough. Roll up dough in triangle shape and close both sides. Roll in bowl of sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.

Makes about 5 to 6 dozen, depends on how big you make them.
