TUNA DISH CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna, packed in water, drained
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 can peas, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
butter

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Cook noodles until soft. Add the onions, peppers, tuna and peas to the drained noodles. Add cream of chicken soup or mushrooms, mixed with milk. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cover top of casserole with crushed Ritz crackers before serving.
