TURKEY LOAF 
2 lb. ground turkey
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sage, thyme, marjoram & oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Combine turkey, carrots, celery, onion, parsley, oats, egg, water, Worcestershire sauce, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano and pepper in bowl; mix well. Pack into 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Combine catsup and dry mustard in small bowl. Spoon over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use loaf pan.

Yield 8 servings. Approximately per serving: 178 calories; 27 grams protein; 7 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram fiber; 4 grams total fat; 153 mg sodium; 93 mg cholesterol. Dietary Exchanges: 1/2 bread/starch, 2 meat and 1/2 fat.
