VEG ALL CASSEROLE 
1 c. celery
1 c. grated Velveeta or cheese
1 c. to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion (med.)
2 cans Veg-All
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
Crumbled Ritz crackers

Mix Veg-All, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and celery together. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
