1 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Cream butter, white and brown sugars, and eggs. Add vanilla and instant pudding. Mix flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
