CHINESE BRAISED OYSTERS 
1 qt. shucked oysters
1/4 c. Lee Kumkee oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
Chopped ginger
Chopped garlic
Chopped ginger
Salt
1/4 c. oil
Pepper
Green onions

Heat wok. Add oil. While wok is heating, boil kettle. Put oysters in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Add to oil in wok, salt, garlic and ginger. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper together. Add to oysters. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Garnish with green onions.
