PIEROGI DOUGH 
1 egg
2 c. flour
2/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together (add more flour if needed). Roll out dough, cut into 2 1/2 inch circles (a glass may do as cutter).

Do not double recipe. Dough may be made and set aside. See recipe for filling in Main Dish section.
