SWISS STEAK 
Round steak, cut in serving pieces
Squirt of mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. of A-1 steak sauce
1 med. onion, sliced thin & separated
1 bay leaf
Salt, pepper & flour

Dredge steak with flour, salt and pepper to taste. Brown floured steak in butter in either a roasting pan or Dutch oven. After browning, cover with remaining ingredients and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours until tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
