MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
36 marshmallows
1 c. water
1 pt. whip cream
9 oz. crushed pineapple
15 graham crackers finely crushed

Heat water and marshmallows till melted. Cool. Whip the whipping cream. Add pineapple. Combine with marshmallows. Sprinkle 1/2 the graham cracker crumbs in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Add the marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill.
