MARINATED SIRLOIN 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet onion
1 c. mushrooms

Blend soy sauce, wine and sugar. Cube sirloin steak. Place steak and marinade in ziploc bag and place in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Turn frequently. Slice mushrooms and onions. Broil steak and vegetables with marinade in 9 x 13 inch roasting pan about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
