FRESH STRAWBERRY TORTE 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 lg. or 2 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 box strawberry glaze or glaze mix
1 angel food cake

Cut or slice strawberries. Mix with glaze and set aside in refrigerator about 2 hours.

Mix vanilla instant pudding according to directions on box. Set aside in refrigerator about 2 hours.

Line large oblong cake pan with angel food cake, which has been broken in pieces. Spread chilled pudding over the cake layer. Spread chilled strawberry mixture over the pudding layer. Store in refrigerator until serving time. Spread whipped cream or Cool Whip over the top before serving.
