NEW ORLEANS CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
flour to coat chicken

Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, butter, water, brown sugar, catsup, salt and mustard. Mix well and put in shallow dish. Roll chicken in flour to coat, then dip into sauce. Place chicken in greased pan and cover.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F. Reduce heat to 300°F and continue baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can also use this for pork chops.
