SHRIMP IN GARLIC ESPANOL 
1/3 c. olive oil
4 clove garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. liquid pepper sauce
1 lb. med. raw shrimp, shelled, deveined
1/2 tsp. salt

In large skillet heat oil, stir in garlic, bay leaves and hot pepper sauce. When garlic sizzles, add shrimp. Cook, stirring constantly until shrimp are pink (3 minutes). Sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with French bread or over rice.
