STRAWBERRY PRETZEL JELLO SALAD | |
BOTTOM CRUST LAYER: 2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. sugar MIDDLE LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip TOP LAYER: 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and juice Mix ingredients of bottom layer and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool, then press into 9x13 pan. Beat ingredients of middle layer until stiff; spread on cooled pretzel mixture. Mix ingredients of top layer. Cool. When this starts to set, pour on top. Refrigerate until set. Cut in squares. |
