STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
3 pt. strawberry ice cream
3 c. water
3 pkg. strawberry Jello (sm. pkg.)

1. Refrigerate ice cream 30-40 minutes to soften.

2. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add Jello. Dissolve completely.

3. Stir in ice cream; blend well. Pour into mold. Refrigerate 8 hours.

4. To unmold. Dip mold into warm, not hot water to the rim invert over plate. Shake gently from side to side to release.

5. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries and raspberries.
