STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello
2 c. hot water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries or raspberries

Mix together pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar; blend in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate.

Mix together jello and hot water. Dissolve. Add frozen berries. Cool until thickened. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.

NOTE: Large pretzels give best results. Keeps well.
