HONEY CHICKEN WINGS
Chicken wings (as many as size of family)
Honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil or Pam
Chicken seasonings (sm. bottle sold in stores) or own
Fresh or frozen carrot slices

First, place thin tip of wing behind thick part of wing to form a tight piece. Then saute on both sides until lightly browned in vegetable oil or Pam. Place wings in casserole dish and season lightly and then pour honey on top of wings until covered nicely. Place carrots on top of wings and cover. Put foil wrap under and around sides of casserole dish to keep an even heat and to keep honey from getting too brown. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. Prick to see if done.

The last 15 minutes, uncover to brown wings to a golden brown. Can also be done with other pieces of chicken, such as thighs, drumsticks or breasts but cooking time will be longer or vary.
