BRUNCH EGG BAKE 
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 jar mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
8 oz. cooked ham, chopped or sausage, browned
1/2 cup flour
1 3/4 cup milk
8 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, toss cheese and sprinkle half in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and pepper with butter until tender. Layer over cheese. Spread ham or sausage over vegetables and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Blend flour, milk and eggs and pour mixture over layers.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes.
