FREEZE-AHEAD TUNA SANDWICHES 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard pickle relish
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. chopped celery
butter
12 slices whole wheat bread

Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, and relish. Add tuna and celery; mix well. Butter bread and spread mixture onto 6 slices. Top with slice of bread. Wrap in foil and freeze. Serves 6 (sandwiches).
