FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 c. whipping cream
3 or 4 bananas
Cherries or nuts (opt.)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cook vanilla pudding as directed on the package. Mix Jello and pudding together. Let stand and set overnight in refrigerator. Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and mandarin oranges.

Next Day: Whip cream. Beat pudding mixture until smooth and combine with cream. Add fruit and marshmallows. Cherries and nuts can be added if desired.
