SWEET PICKLE RELISH 
1 gallon green tomatoes
1 dozen lg. onions

Grind and mix together. Cover with water and scant 1/2 cup salt. Cook 10 minutes and drain several hours.

Add: 1/2 dozen green sweet peppers 1 hot pepper (optional) 1 tbsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. sugar 1 qt. vinegar

Mix all together and cook 20 minutes. Seal in jars.
