RED BEAN TOSS 
1 lb. can red or kidney beans (drained)
1 c. thin sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles or sweet relish
4 oz. sharp cheese, diced
1/2 tsp. each salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. picante sauce
1 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed

Combine beans, celery, pickles or relish, onion and cheese. Blend seasonings with mayonnaise. Add to bean mixture and toss lightly. Spoon into a 1-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with corn chips. Bake at 450 degrees about 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly and bubbly.
