CRAB CHEESE TOAST 
1/2 stick butter
2 jars Old English cheese spread
1 or 2 pkg. frozen Wakefield Alaskan crab or 2 cans white crabmeat, drained very well
1 box English muffins, separated in halves

Melt butter and add cheese. Stir until smooth. Add crabmeat and stir until blended and heated throughout. Heap on English muffin halves and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.

(Can cut into 4 pieces to make finger size bites.)
