CRAB TOAST | |
8 oz. imitation crab, shredded into little pieces with fingers 2 (5 oz.) jars Old English cheese (near Velveeta in grocery store) 1 stick butter, softened 1 tsp. garlic powder 3 pkg. English muffins, cut into quarters 4 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. season salt Mix all ingredients together in bowl, except English muffins. Scoop mixture onto quartered English muffins and place in freezer on a paper plate until almost frozen and hard. Once hard, place in a large Ziploc freezer bag until needed. When needed, place Crab Toast on cookie sheet under the broiler for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Should be toasty brown on top. You can make weeks in advance and have ready in no time. |
