CRAB TOASTS 
15 sour dough bread rounds, 2", toasted
1 c. crabmeat, backfin
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. gruyere or Swiss cheese, grated
4 tbsp. sauterne (optional)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut bread, toast and reserve. Combine remaining ingredients. Pile high on toasts and bake until cheese melts and is lightly brown.
