8 chicken breasts
2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. lime juice
2 sticks butter, melted
seasoning salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken breasts lightly with seasoning salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking dish. Mix lime juice, salad dressing mix, and butter. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove cover for the last 15 minutes to brown.
