TOLLGATE MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. beef stock or broth
1/4 c. dry red wine
3 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack mixture into 4 x 8 inch or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and baste off juices. Serve hot or if serving cold, cool completely before slicing.
