CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can #3 peaches halves
1 can #2 pineapple chunks
1 can #305 pear halves
1 can apricots
1 sm. jar cherries (sliced in half, any amount)
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder

Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees. May be made ahead of time and reheated at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes a large quantity.
