ROUND STEAK AND RICE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. water
3 c. hot cooked rice

Cut steak into thin strips in skillet. Brown meat in oil at high heat. Add onions. Saute until crisp. Blend soup, water and garlic. Pour over steak. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or bake at 350 degrees.
