SLEEP TIGHTS | |
2 egg whites, room temperature 2/3 c. sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. nuts, finely chopped Beat egg whites until stiffly foamy; add sugar and beat until stiff. Add salt and vanilla. Mix well; stir in chocolate bits and nuts. Remove oven racks and cover with foil (or use cookie sheet that has been foil lined, ungreased). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop cookies by spoonful onto foil. Put in oven and turn off heat!!! Leave in oven overnight. Do not open door until next morning. |
