2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. salad-dressing

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
