STRAWBERRY DEVONSHIRE PIE 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 baked 9" pie shell or a graham cracker crust
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 - 1 1/2 qts. strawberries

Beat cream cheese in bowl until fluffy. Add sour cream; beat until smooth. Spread on bottom of pastry shell; chill. Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water and 1 cup mashed strawberries; mix well. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Cool. Arrange remaining strawberries over cream cheese mixture; spoon glaze over strawberries. Chill for 1 hour.
