HERB SEASONING 
1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped and dried
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. savory
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. oregano, crushed

Use fresh herbs, chop fine, dry well. Combine and put into a "salt shaker". No need to use salt... great substitute!
