EASY CANOLLI PIE 
1 standard graham cracker crust

Fill with mixture:

1/2 c. brown creme de cocoa
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt

Bake at 375 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour.
