ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 pkg. marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch glass pan. Prepare 2 pounds cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour on top of cake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cake cool. Prepare topping and frost cake. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Nuts may be sprinkled over top.
