HONEY FRIED CHICKEN 
12 chicken thighs, skinned
4 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 c. honey
Salt
Pepper

Wash chicken, pat dry. Combine cornflakes, salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken in honey, then in cornflake mixture. Place in a large buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
