Apples
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Lemon water
Puff dough

Peel and slice apples. Put in some lemon or pineapple water. Drain apples and season with cinnamon and brown sugar. Put in puff dough and roll in whatever shape desired. Brush with an egg wash made of egg yolk and cream. Bake until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and honey-cinnamon Hollandaise.
