PEA CASHEW SALAD 
1 red onion, chopped fine
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. green pepper, chopped very fine
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas, thawed
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Combine all of above the night before and refrigerate. Just before serving, add:

1 (6 oz.) jar Hormel real bacon bits
1 sm. jar dry roasted cashews
