1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. milk
2 reg. size boxes of pistachio instant pudding
Option: any kind of pudding can be used

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese with sugar, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip, spread over cooled crust. Prepare instant pudding and put on top of filling. Top with rest of Cool Whip.
