SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 c. peeled apple, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage

Beat eggs and milk, stir in crackers, mix in apple, onion and pepper; add sausage, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until internal temperature of 170 degrees. Best when made same day, but can be made ahead of time.
