LOW-CAL COCOA MIX 
4 c. non-fat dry milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. granulated sugar substitute
1/8 tsp. salt

Sift ingredients together.

Store in airtight container.

For each serving use 1/3 cup of mixture with 1 cup boiling water.

Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to each cup if desired.
