BASIL-DILL SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. lowfat cottage dressing
2/3 c. lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill seeds
1 tsp. basil

Mix all ingredients in blender. Can be thinned with milk or buttermilk. 70 calories each serving. 8 servings.
